How to use your Vault

Sign In

Step 1 Click “SIGN IN to your Vault”.
Step 2 Sign in to your Vault with your email address (username) and password.
You may receive a code through your email or mobile phone for verification

Use the left menu to work with your vault.
The menu shows "Home", "Upload Documents", and "View Files and Folders."

UPLOAD DOCUMENTS

Step 1 Click on Upload Documents.
Step 2 Click on Client Source Documents of the appropriate year.
Step 3 Click Upload file (A upload window will pop up).
Step 4 Drag and drop files or click Upload a file to your upload window.
Step 5 Once you see your documents listed, click Save.

Click on the Client Source Documents folder and you should now see your uploaded document(s) there.

VIEW OR DOWNLOAD YOUR TAX RETURN

Step 1 Click on View Files and Folders.
Step 2 Select your personal vault by your name (NOT Public Documents).
Step 3 Click on the appropriate tax year.

From here you can access your Client Organizer (if requested), Client Source Documents and your Tax Return files.

Step 4 By accessing your Tax Return file you can view or download any document.
Step 5 Click on your document. Here you can either view or download the document.
Step 6 To download; click the Download icon and save the file to your computer.

IMPORTANT
Please notify us by email or text message when you have your entire documentation ready.
We will prepare your return based on the documentation you have uploaded. In the event you add additional documentation thereafter, you will need to contact us immediately and we will have to confirm that we received your notification.
